Good day! I have checked the f8 key, and it was in fact stuck, caused by dust or a broken button, I have resolved the issue, and it is no longer causing the problem, I apologize for assuming a bug in the software. Thanks for the help.

I just downloaded paint.net everything is fine as of now except this color tab keeps open and closing very fast, i need help on how to resolve this issue and i hope this gets fixed soon, Thanks.
