So went back and took a closer look. Newbie here. Not all were denied. At least the one that I really wanted (Alpha cutter, because it is like the digitizing software for my embroidery machines) went through! I am good. Thanks for your help

TechnoRobo plug in pack

I have downloaded a plug in pack got it in my C drive in effects but when I run paint.net I get Plug In Error. Tells me that these plug ins do not run on this version of paint.net and need to update/upgrage. I have version 5.0.12. What am I missing
