I decompiled the original plugin from Evan Olds; it's probably OK, according to what he published on GitHub a decade ago (for example https://github.com/evanolds/AnimCur) and recompiled it with .NET 7 for paint.net v5: https://github.com/foxx1337/IcoCur/releases/tag/v7.0
