Can't download Paint.NET and delete it as it is a old file

I also tried to force Uninstall it and it didn't work either, (with windows R) this is the error message

Okay so i can't delete Paint.NET they say that there is no file they can find "PaintDotNet_x64_5.0.1" and i tried to find it and there is none, now i can't download and/or delete it. Please help me
