  1. The alpha partially fixes the problem for me. I still have the issue where I can't drag the window when it's maximized on my non-primary monitors. Upon rearranging my monitors in the windows settings, though, so that monitor 1 is in the middle, monitor 2 is on the right, and monitor 3 is on the left, I can correctly drag the window on monitors 1 and 3.
  2. Upon updating to 5.0, when the Paint.NET window is maximized, I cannot drag it from the titlebar to restore and move it. Oddly enough, this doesn't happen on my primary monitor, only my other two. Also, when restoring the Paint.NET window after maximizing by dragging it to the top of my screen, the titlebar clips above my monitor by about 20 pixels.
