    Yeah clouds makes it very close but I feel there is one more step missing. In the full image, all the clouds are sort of turned into 'dust'. Like lots of fine little particles, which you can see if you zoom in on one of the corners. Thanks

    Hey I made this image in Paint.net last year and thought it looked pretty cool. Now I'm trying to remake it but I completely forgot how. If anyone knows what steps are required to make something like this (or anything that is similar-ish), would be much appreciated! Thanks :) PS: I reckon it had something to do with Dents and Clouds but I really don't remember anything
