And we're back! Something must have happened when I installed the update and it reverted back to the original 3.5.10 I started with back in the day.

I use the tolerance to get softer edges from crops manually in previous versions - now it looks as though the tolerance has been removed. (usually the slider next to the antialiasing enable/disable button) How do I get this back, or am I completely missing something here? Thanks team!
