I turned on paint.net today and suddenly all is back to normal. I thank everyone for answering --- walks away scratching head.

Hi, I've been with Paint.net for many years and this is the first time I've ever had a problem believe it or not. I downloaded the latest version and all seemed fine until I pressed the Effects menu. None of the categories had anything in them. In other words, to the right of each arrow was just a white screen. Has anyone else had this problem. Windows 10, 32 bit Dell Any pointers would be appreciated.
