I apologise if i cannot get what i want to say comprehensibly,but is there an existing plugin that colors shapes in the way demonstrated below exist? Paint.net does not have something like it on its own. It would be also extremely appreciated if i could turn off anti-aliasing.

Greetings. Does an paint.net plugin that lets me adjust canvas size easily through a button you can drag like in MSPaint exist? I would be very glad if someone linked me to a plugin that has this feature.
