    I think I have the latest update. I will post back if it is solved in case anyone else runs into this problem.

    I have it on this PC for about 3 years. I have now seen that it is not just paint.net other apps are doing the same. I think it is Wind 10. :>(

    Now when I click on Paint.net and watch in task manager it opens builds for a few seconds and then stops and is Suspended. Help!
