Hmm, still doing it. And no other programs are doing it. But now I know about clicking refresh it doesn't really matter. Thanks for a great bit of software, I use it all the time.

Could be. I've run a script to reset the desktop icon cache, it's stopped for now... will report back.

Paint.net v4.2.13 non-app version When I save a jpg to the desktop it saves the file but also leaves behind an empty .0.pdnSave file. When I try to delete it is says could not find this item, but the icon is there. It disappears when I reboot, or after a while (maybe when I close some programs).
