I am working on a minecraft texture pack where everything is flipped vertically, and i flip the texture for stone, then go into the game and i have found that some of the more similar shades of grey have been changed to be the same colour. this isn't a problem with minecraft as i can even go back into paint.net and see the low-detail version. Anyone know how to fix this?
