    Thanks for the advice it wasnt that i intended to i just wanted to reinstall the one i had but i will install 4.2.10 straight after i get it fixed

    My paint.net won't remove itself if I try remove it from control panel or it wont install if I try to reinstall it no matter whether express or custom download
