Thanks everyone! I'll try these suggestions tonight.

I'm trying to install the Circle Text plugin. I used the instructions here: https://boltbait.com/pdn/InstallingEffects.php When I get to step 5, I right click on the paint.net icon, but "Properties" is not an option. I also looked for Paint.net in the Program files of my computer, but it is not there. Paint.net is absolutely installed, I use it every day. I am using Windows 10. Can anyone help me install this plugin? Thanks.
