  2. Some of the files in question are from Flight Simulator X (Steam Edition), so, those ones aren't ones I've saved. Also, I checked with the "Whats-it" tool you mentioned, and it says they're saved with the correct extension of .bmp. File still won't open, and shows the error code that I pasted originally.

I have also tried multiple BMP, DDS, PNG, PDN, and JPG files that I have previously been able to open with Paint.Net.
