    I wasn't very smart and deleted it from program files by simply deleting it, I attempted to redownload PDN, but it popped up the vague 1603 fatal error message. PDN is also stuck in the control panel uninstall program, any attempt to repair or uninstall it from their doesn't do anything. E: Solved! thank you Mr. Head
