I cannot install you paint .net version 4.1.5. I tried everything in all of the other forum topics that you suggested multiple time and still nothing work. The only reason I had to reinstall paint.net is because the installed program would run after getting the update to the latest version. I have never had any problem with the program up until now. You need to fix your installer so it works a again like it did before.
