Hey NewStartKiller, not sure what tablet you have - but I've seen issues (specifically with Paint.NET) related to tablet drivers which support TabletPC mode. If there is an option to disable that through the tablet interface, give that a shot. Specifically, it works for HUION H610 Pro and likely other models. Photoshop doesn't seem to have this hiccup - but I'm sure their handling of tablets is wholly different. Good luck.
