So I tried to update Paint.net the other day and the program froze on this small display box that simply said:'The feature you are trying to use is on a cd-rom or other removable disk that is not available' When I try to click ok anyway, it brings up a screen that reads: 'The Path " cannot be found,. Verify that you have access to this location and try again, or try to find the installation package 'PaintDotNet_x64_1569411757.msi" in a folder from which you can install the product. This doesn't exist on my PC. I have no idea what that is, but I know Paint.net is a free program. I really don't want to jump through a thousand hoops to fix this program I just want the program back to do some basic drawing. Is there anyway I can just shut that off and finally get the app back?
Some extra information:
As far as I know, there is no more paint.net file on my computer, meaning this isn't a simple 'uninstall and reinstall'. The version I am trying to install is 4.0.19
I've tried using older versions, same bug.
