Not sure if there's already anything out there but is there any way to turn images into polygons? I had this great app back when I had android called Polygen that converted pictures into a low poly image.

Just wondering if there was a way to make a line or a pattern into a circular shape. I have some linear designs that I'd like to turn into a circle. Is there a way to do this easily? Something like this:
