I am having problems trying to install effects. I did buy the windows store version. When I click proprieties on the icon the file location can not be accessed. I have windows 10 pro. I created a paint.net App Files folder in my documents folder and created three new file folders for each type of file, effects, filetypes and shapes. I copied the ddl files for effects in the effect folder and the fyletype folder. Style no good. Can anyone help me? Thanks
