    I'm trying to update to 4.0.19. Getting the "fatal error" message. Tried the MS tool above. It said it found problems and fixed them. Still getting "fatal error" and now I can no longer open Paint.net. "There was an error while installing paint.net. (1603)" Windows 10. Version 10240.
