    Just installed Paint.NET 4.0.16 and I'm wanting to fade out the edges of a picture so that it fades into the paper. I saw a tutorial on YouTube using Alpha Blur and that's what I want to do, but my version of Paint.NET doesn't have Alpha Blur - I only have a small selection of blur options. Someone suggested I install a plug-in but the Alpha Blur plug-in says it's only for earlier versions. How do I get that effect on a picture using my version?
