Hello! I've been using Paint.net for a while now, but just recently have I encountered an issue. Whenever I click 'File', and then click 'New', Paint.net freezes. I can not provide a crash log because it doesn't crash normally - Windows says the program is not responding and that I then have to end it. I can load up images already downloaded on my computer, but still cannot create new images. I have no plugins installed.
