Brush that goes from thin to thick? (vise versa)

I want to be able to draw lines in paint.net that go from a chosen size, to another chosen size. I have spent some time searching for how to do this and I can't find anything. I really enjoy paint.net and I don't want to go have to buy paint tool sai or Photoshop. Here's an example. Thanks! Any help would be great!
