To everyone who replied: Thanks for all your help! It was greatly appreciated. The reason was because I had too many plugins.

So, whenever I start PDN (paint.net), it says "Not Responding" in parentheses at the top. It takes around 3 minutes to load, and it's really annoying, and slow. Is it my computer being slow, or is it the paint.net being slow?
