  1. hi thanks for the fast and clear reply's. It all worked out fine whit the stone:) Now next problem Whit other texture (see attachments) is a kind off wood. I already how to make it rough thanks to you. I also already know how to make it seamless thanks to this tutorial:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1OJKh6o4Af8 But i don't get it good in my sketch up drawing. Rsz for is seamless. But i need to get in on a plank off 3000mmx225mm. (how can i know what numbers in need to fill in when i open a file and paint.net asks for it?) Are here tricks ore formulas for? I don't get how to make a textures that fits in the sizes that you want to have in by instance a drawing. Now its for a plank from 3000mm*225mm. But maybe tommorow it's for a tile from 1000mm*500mm how do you set these measerments into pixels ore into the start screen iff you open a new file in paint.net Big thanks in advance!!!
  2. Hi, Thanks for the fast reply, i'm pretty a noob in this program so when i push on styles-->emboss i get this image( see attachments prob for). What should i do whit this image because now i can't see my stone texture any more, but i can see the roughness on the stone. So i think i should blend them together i think, but how? Correct if i'm wrong. I also played whit the relief style there i already see a difference by rendering one whit relief and one whitout see attachment test. Left no relief right has style relief! Thanks in advance
  3. hi guys, I'm new here first off all thanks for making this wonderful free program!! I use paint.net to make textures for renders( these are 3d drawings that are made photo realistic) now i need to make some also but have some qeustions about it. I need to make a texture from this stone (see attachment) but when i make the texture it looks to flat in the drawing program(sketch up) and render program. So can you make it more rough ore is this not possible? Are there plugins to make a texture seamless, iff yes where can i download them and how to install them into paint.net.
