Update: When I shut my computer earlier today, it installed a few updates. I decided to try installing paint.net again just in case and...it seems to be working. I guess whatever was causing the problem was resolved by those updates? In case anyone is curious, I attached a screenshot of all the updates that were installed. Anyway, I guess this problem is resolved now.

I tried repairing the program from the control panel and it didn't help, unless you're referring to something else. That didn't help, either. Same error message. : (

So I installed paint.NET a while ago and never had any problems until I went to start it today. Suddenly I've apparently got a .dll file missing? I tried uninstalling and re-installing, but I can't seem to fix it. I tried just downloading the .dll, but according to the error message, it's missing from MANY locations, and manually adding it to all of these folders seems like far too much--hopefully there's another way to fix it. I've also searched around but it doesn't seem like anyone else is having this problem. Attached a screenshot of the error message.
