So they are asking for something impossible? Because the want transparency and PNG 24?

Already saw this thread, but still don't understand. I'm trying to make an Snapchat Geofilter, and in the guidelines page they ask for a PNG 24 with transparency, but when I save a image in PNG 24 the transparent part turns white. What I'm doing wrong here? Thanks so much!
