Hello, can't uninstall or install either on my Windows 10. No pending updates, just checked. So, here's what happens: 1. The installation starts 2. Express 3. Agree 4. "Removing prev. version" 5. Error 1618 5. "Another installation is already in process." - you can see in the attachment
I'v read prev. Posts in the forum but couldn't find anything concrete. Can you help?

Hello, can't uninstall or install either on my Windows 10. No pending updates, just checked. So, here's what happens:
