Unable to Uninstall, Repair or Reinstall!

Hello, can't uninstall or install either on my Windows 10. No pending updates, just checked. So, here's what happens: 1. The installation starts 2. Express 3. Agree 4. "Removing prev. version" 5. Error 1618 5. "Another installation is already in process." - you can see in the attachment I'v read prev. Posts in the forum but couldn't find anything concrete. Can you help?
