m... I mean to change the pixels in a specific area, not change the selected pixels

I really need the "magic wand" function to locate a specific area of images in my plugin, is there any online code I can refer to? Function like : MagicWand (tolerance level, pixel) { --- } will be very useful, yet I couldn't find a really usable one. Or is there a way I can access the built-in magic wand tool? Thank you

I know there're some plugins like ScriptLab that allows users to make effects (e.g. Blur and Noise) on a bunch of images repetitively. However, I want a scripting plugin that allows me to do repetitive editing (e.g. using magic wand, drawing, selecting on one or more pixels), since I have a bunch of similar works on images. It would be awesome to have such plugin, is there one out there?
