    I flattened the image and I was still having problems. I did the dropdown instead of typing in the extension, but it didn't work. I used an online converter, so it is all good now. I need TGA because I am making a game mod. Thanks for helping!

    Hey! Every time I save a file as a .TGA, it changes to a .PDN file. Am I doing something wrong? EDIT: Windows 8.1 in the last Paint.net update
