    I have used paint.net for 3 years recently wiped my computer. Now that I try to download it again, both 3.5 and 4.0, it's not letting me download it again. I normally use chrome and it doesn't work, so I tried IE and it still doesn't work. Help please?? By the way, I have windows 8 if that has to do with anything.
