    THANKS!!!! You nailed it.....I tried to download it from 3 other sites and Mailwarebytes would not let me install any of them. But with the site you suggested all whent well and now Paint.Net is working as it should. Thanks for your help

    The Title says it all. I am using Win 8.1 on a new Computer and .net Fraimwork is installed. Thanks for any help Charlie
