    Yeah, because everytime I boot it up, the installation process goes on, but nothing happens. EDIT: To be exact, I'm using Windows 8.1.

    Opening Paint.Net does nothing - as the program doesn't boot (come up) and no error message either.

    So I attempt to open up an image: "The program can't start because MSVCR80.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

    I've reinstalled it a couple times now, and it hasn't added MSVCR80.dll to the folder. Any help?
