I'll give this a try. Thank you.

I love Paint.NET but frequently need to draw point to point lines. I'm currently needing to go into Gimp to do that (only), which suckus big time. Any chance of this being incorporated into Paint.NET?

It seems that the plug-in is a bit of overkill for what I want. Is it not possible to create a path in Paint.NET by going Cntrl-Click, Click, Click kind of thing? I don't need more control points, just to create a path of connected straight lines.

Thank you EER, from a fellow kiwi. I was just looking at your PDN book on Amazon earlier. Looks like a good source of info; nice work.

Hi,
I just want to make a non-linear path with the line tool. I thought Cntrl-Click'ing in the new direction would lay a new part of the line but that and other attempts haven't worked. I'm sure it's possible and easy. Thanks for any help.
Hope that all makes sense.
Cheers.

Hi,
I'd like to know how to make squirted water drops. I'll give them a solid fill; it's just how to create the shape that I'm after.
Here's a hand drawn image of what I mean: https://www.dropbox....jwhy/OJCsqZ8ptw
Thanks for any help!

Hoping to draw a point to point line in Paint.NET

Unfortunately like Paint.NET, it doesn't save its settings between uses (my only other peeve with Paint.NET) so is impractical since it's used multiple times each session. I didn't look to see if 2+ lines lines are possible due to that.
I dearly lament that PAINT.NET doesn't have this simple functionality. I've been putting up with it for years because I like the program but having to use the unfriendly Gimp just for drawing paths is too inconvenient, so the search continues.
Anyway, thank for your help.
