I'm getting the following message, with no error number:
Windows XP SP3, or Windows Vista SP1, or newer is required.
I'm on Vista. As far as I can tell, you can no longer update to a specific service pack, but I'm fully updated through Windows Update. I don't have issues with any other programs I've tried to install. Any ideas?
