Q1: Does Paint.Net have anything like an "airbrush" tool, which, like the old-fashioned "rattle can", by sweeping, triggering, fogging, and masking, lays on cumulative color gradients translucently/transparently? (remembering the "airbrush" tool in Windows "paint") Q2: Is there any patent reason why not (does microsoft own some right to any tool like that) Q3: in future builds of Paint.Net, would it be okay to contribute a tool-code like that to add to Paint.Net's tool box? Q4: has anyone else asked about this, is there another reason why it's not there? Okay, there's the general idea. I really use Paint.Net a lot, and recommend to friends, thanks.
