  1. Sorry to be a bother again, but I often have to re-size a number of images, all of which may start off with different widths and heights. What I would like to do would be to re-size the first one by specifying say a width of 400 pixels (with aspect ratio locked), then move to the next image and when I select the re-size command have it already set up to a width of 400 pixels (and the corresponding height).

    At the moment, when I go to the re-size window it's already populated with the existing image width.

    This isn't a show-stopper, but since I do this so often it would be a time-saver.

  2. No you can't open multiple canvasses on the screen at the same time, but you can copy & paste from one image to another.

    Simply open both images and flick between them using the thumbnail images in the image list. More >> http://www.getpaint..../ImageList.html

    Do you know, I hadn't even spotted that image list in the upper corner of my screen .... now I'm kicking myself -- thanks so much for responding -- Max
