[What software is this please?]

Hello friends,

I am not sure this is the proper place for this post. If not, I apologize in advance.

I ran into a youtube video drawing tutorial of one of my favorite cartoon figure (Homer Simpson) and I really liked how they did it...

Following a small research, I found out that it originated in a drawing website called sketchheroes.com

However, I did not quite figure out what type of software is this and whetehr I can get a hold on it... Maybe you can help me please...
