I may have disabled a program that paint.net uses.
I tried to locate it,but have'nt been successful.
I also tried to reinstall, and I am getting the same pdncrash message.
any help??

Oh, that was fun
Thank you ,you had the right idea.
Turns out that another user of my computer turned off specific services to run .net framework.
Couldnt uninstall,install, or repair.
I turned on all services to automatic and PDN started working.
Did a uninstall,reboot and install of Microsoft .net Framework anyway.
Just incase it was corrupted in this fiassco.
