[Keep Crashing]

Since IT installed Adobe Illustrator CS4 on my laptop. Paint.net keeps crashing. I've removed and re-installed twice. Run check disk and I've send a few crash log files to --> crashlog@getpaint.net. See another crash log below. I need help. I love the program.
