Thank you both. It's incredible how versatile Paint.NET is, it's still all I use after all these years.

Veeery long time no see.. well I don't want this gallery to die completely, so here, have some updates. I still do my fair bit of pdn'ing now and then, though it's mostly logo and design related now, not just for fun or 'art'. I hope you like these, it's some of my most recent work.

Don't worry, I have my entire system mirrored on a hard drive and the documents are not on the system partition anyway.
And my computer's fine!

You're probably right. Everything's crashing, but clicking on the repair button made it work again!

Had pdn crash for the first time in a long time on me, showed message
Paint.NET has stopped working. We're searching for a solution to the problem (translated)
and closed. No crash log. (Well, there is one, but the crash is from the 9th of January)
Might be related to my Win7 acting up lately though (desktop manager crashes ALL THE TIME, also skype for some reason), no idea how to repro.

i like the blue and black cemetary one. and i find 'f.garage' the best of those logo's. just looks neat
The only PlugIn I used for that logo was Outline Object (tip: the angled function is great).

What do you mean with 'not affecting the image'? You're cutting it into 4/5 separate pieces, I'd think that affects it very heavily.

This is incredibly versatile, using the angled option can create amazing stuff, definitely one of the essential PlugIns out there. I just realised how often I use it when doing Logo stuff
