Hello. i was following the Realistic Chrome Text tutorial viewtopic.php?f=37&t=27080 but it needs median blur. I suppose that paint net 3.6 should have it, but i dont have it anyways. I use the "searh" to dowload it but i didnt found it. Can someone send me the median blur plugin?
