I want to make a picture to be used as a game board (like Monopoly). It should be about 40 inch x 22.5 inch. I keep running into this issue when I resize the (blank) image:
I fill in:
resolution: 300 pixels/inch
print size: 40 inch x 22.5 inch
Now on top it says 'New size 309 MB' and the computer fills in
width: 12000 px
height: 6750 px
When I click OK, it says 'Not enough memory to resize the image.' I have 2 GB memory.
Maybe I should make the picture in pieces? Is that the only solution?
