I need a little suggestions on how to extend the bottom right blue ray.

I'm fairly new to paint.net/making signatures, I've been using it for only about 1 day. Anyways I need some help with my current signature. I need suggestions on how to extend that blue ray on the bottom right. Or any other ways to make it look good and include steps or tutorials. Please criticize me on my work also. I won't get mad; as I'm just trying to improve. Thanks
