[cd cover]

I think the way I posted my question was confusing. I don't mean how to make a cd cover insert. I mean make a virtual cd display much like a virtual software box cover. Like the attached image.

Is there a thread that talks about how to make a CD cover? Unfortunately "CD" isn't a searchable term. I found the box cover thread but not a CD.
