[Looking for Path tools]

Paint.NET is a raster editor, not a vector one. Paint.NET can, and for the foreseeable future (of the 3.xx series), only deal with bitmap images comprised of pixels.

May I ask why you're enquired about paths? Perhaps we can direct you to an alternative piece of software that will serve your needs, or another method to complete the task which Paint.NET can do.

thank you for responses. i just beginner in this area and rarely using this kind of software. i felt its so simply using Path tools to crop some of pictures. do you have any idea or method to solve this matter?
