basically im after something that lets you edit any random image and then optimizes it for ipod touch applications (with the rounded edges and glass effect)

[cropping an image but not sure how and more.]

Hey all, i was wondering if there were any tutorials or plugins for this sort of thing (i searched to no avail) so i guess not, i was wondering if someone could do a plugin or post a tutorial on how to make them?
